Annual Grants have grown every year

In 2001, the Livonia Community Foundation qualified to receive funds from the State of Michigan that came from the Tobacco Settlement.  This program ended in 2004.  This program did require the foundation to pass-through 50% of the amount received with the remainder going into our Endowment Fund.
